Announcing the opening of Mark Fields Fine Art.

Encompassing paintings, photographs and mixed media works, Mark Fields Fine Art is open by appointment and is located near I-95 and Washington Ave, just south of Center City Philadelphia. Paintings and photographs by Mark Fields have been exhibited in many of Philadelphia's most prestigious art venues and he is excited to make these works available directly from the artist.  

PHOTO TALK BLOG:  I started my blog to relate my experiences as I travel through  various photographic encounters.   I will comment on Gallery exhibitions as I view them but my thoughts are meant to be casual and not from an academic or curatorial stand point.                                           

Soon to be released and now in the works is my first book of photographic images "Light Caresses".              Photographynow, a serious and prestigious online photography site has included images from my Floral series: http://photography-now.net/                                                                                                                                              

ON MAY 14 2009 PROJECT BASHO, that innovative Photographic Workshop and Gallery space in Philadelphia sponsored my artists talk. I think it was enjoyed by all who attended. The theme of my talk was "Pre-visualization.
ON June 13 I'll BE showing 3 images at Ted Adams Space in the show and party "Under the Influence". This event will include works by some of Philadelphia's most remarkable  photographers.
